Our stay was marred by constant cigarette smoke in the hallways, which made it unbearable. Despite requesting air purifiers, the smell lingered, impacting our comfort every day. The overall experience was frustrating, especially with long wait times for the elevators and crowded dining areas, which felt overwhelming and chaotic.

the mini-bar in our room wasn't cold enough but the food at the sky lounge was stunning with breathtaking views. the services provided by the staff were absolutely first-class and the overall atmosphere was vibrant and exciting.

The pool area was stunning, perfect for a relaxing day. I enjoyed the sky bar in the evenings. the views over the hotel pool were beautiful. Staff were lovely and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, I faced some issues with room service. it took longer than expected to get my orders filled. I also experienced a foul smell from the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. Despite these inconveniences, my overall experience was great, and I would definitely consider returning again soon.
